Design strategist and founder of NOSIGNER, Eisuke Tachikawa works across architecture, product, and graphic design. He has led numerous projects addressing social challenges including climate change mitigation and adaptation, renewable energy, disaster preparedness, and regional revitalization, earning over 150 design awards. He is the creator of "Evolutional Creativity," a methodology that draws inspiration from adaptive evolution to understand and cultivate human creativity.

Born in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, Niyen graduated from Shih Chien University with a degree in Industrial Design. Firmly believing that "design is the ideal way to make a good impact on society," she joined NOSIGNER aspiring to become that kind of social designer. To initiate NOSIGNER as the most influential design studio for our future society, she works on in-house reforms while demonstrating her creativity.

Born in Tokyo, Kazuki worked as a designer in various printing and web production companies before becoming a freelancer. He then decided to join NOSIGNER to study and achieve his goals. He currently works remotely from Gunma Prefecture, where his wife works, and has a strong interest in projects related to regional development.

Born in Nagano Prefecture. After graduating from the University of Shizuoka, she worked as an overseas sales representative at a manufacturing company. Later, she pursued a career as a designer and studied visual design at Kuwasawa Design School. After working at a design office in Tokyo, she joined NOSIGNER. She aims to realize a “sustainable future” through design and everyday life.

Born in Aichi Prefecture, Keyaki graduated from Doshisha University and gained experience in design and branding at web production and branding firms in Tokyo. During a trip to Taiwan in 2023, she encountered NOSIGNER’s anniversary exhibition and was deeply moved by its philosophy and social commitment. Upon returning to Japan, she joined the team. She values her daily sensibilities and enjoys spending time in nature and listening to music.

Born in Fukuoka, Yuzen moved to Taipei at the age of three and learned English while attending an international school. He returned to Japan for university, bringing strong multilingual communication skills with people. He enjoys watching films and exploring diverse cultures. At NOSIGNER, he works in the back office, assisting the team.

Born in Shizuoka Prefecture, Mahiro joined NOSIGNER out of a desire to design across disciplines. He is particularly interested in the fields of architecture, interior design, and product design, and enjoys exploring new materials and manufacturing processes daily. His hobbies include making coffee, CG art, and photography.

Born in Tainan, Taiwan, Yuting studied Visual Communication Design at Taiwan University of Arts where she participated in a packaging competition held in Japan, sparking an admiration for Japanese design. After working as an in-house graphic designer in Taiwan, joined NOSIGNER in 2020 on a working holiday visa. Went through experiences as a part-timer and full-time employee, and as of 2025, is working remotely from Taiwan as an independent contractor. Interests include traveling, café hopping, and everything related to cats.

Born in Kagoshima City, Satsuki studied both music and art in the Arts and Culture program at the University of Miyazaki. After working as a funeral MC, she encountered NOSIGNER during the COVID-19 pandemic and was deeply moved by its philosophy of “designing invisible connections.” She now works fully remotely from Kagoshima as Office Manager and serves as the team’s self-proclaimed Kagoshima ambassador. Her dog often joins the morning meetings.

Born in Aichi Prefecture, Keyaki graduated from Doshisha University and built experience in design and branding at firms in Tokyo. After encountering NOSIGNER’s anniversary exhibition during a 2023 trip to Taiwan, she was inspired by its philosophy and joined the team. She values everyday sensibilities and enjoys nature and music.

Editor. Yuki's work spans editing and writing for design publications, producing corporate-owned media, supporting communications for design organizations, and planning and hosting talk events. His independent projects include Qonversations, an interview media that gives shape to questions; ◯◯ to Kamakura, an interlocal project connecting regions; and the podcast Design no Temae, which explores the layers behind design.

Born in Tochigi Prefecture, she began her career in book and news editing before launching a mobile media business at a telecom carrier, where she worked on brand integration and rebranding initiatives. Later, she served as both PMO and HRBP at a startup, where she discovered “Evolutional Creativity” and was inspired to join NOSIGNER. She enjoys designing workshops and exploring team building based on Evolutional Creativity.

Born in Okinawa, Chuesday, a tidying enthusiast, has three children and one husband. At NOSIGNER, she’s excited to fully explore her passion through natural cleaning and circular practices. She’s on a mission to discover new frontiers in tidying, or perhaps to confirm their limits, while sharpening her eye along the way. Each morning, she greets the office equipment and plants: “You’re sparkling today, too!”

Born in Tokyo and raised in Saitama, Naoki began his career at a manufacturing company and now supports the launch and operation of web-based businesses. At NOSIGNER, he mainly handles web development support and technical direction.
