NOSIGNER is a design innovation firm dedicated to harnessing the power of design to guide society toward evolution. Our philosophy centers on creating the invisible connections existing behind form—what we call "NO-SIGN"—and strives to create designs that bring these invisible relationships to light. To realize this vision, we rely on the strength of passionate partners and collaborators. Good Work Begins with a Healthy Mind and Body

Well-being is the foundation of creativity. Our daily environment includes health-conscious choices like additive-free snacks, lemon water, organic bananas, and roasted sweet potatoes. We also offer wellness activities such as Regular 1-on-1 meetings to support both physical and mental balance, fostering a culture that prioritizes the health of our team.

Company Housing Program

A Yokohama Base to Support Distant Teammates

For team members living far away or interns joining us from overseas, we offer a fully furnished company residence: NOSIGNER BAY. Located by the seaside in Yokohama, it provides a comfortable environment where one can unwind after work—nurturing daily creativity through a supportive living space.

Additional Support Programs

Hybrid Work Style

Depending on the nature of the work and individual circumstances, team members can combine remote and in-office work.

Learning Support

Team members can dedicate up to one hour each day during work hours for personal learning.

Commuting Allowance

We cover actual commuting expenses up to a monthly limit of ¥30,000.

Housing Allowance

A monthly housing allowance of ¥30,000 is provided to employees living within a one-hour walking distance from the office.

Side Jobs Permitted

With prior approval, team members are allowed to pursue side jobs, as long as they do not interfere with their main responsibilities.

Social Insurance

We provide full coverage under Japan’s social insurance system, including employee pension (kōsei nenkin), health insurance, workers’ compensation, and employment insurance.

Annual Health Checkups

We conduct annual health checkups for all team members. The company also covers the cost of any necessary follow-up examinations.

Parenting Support

Support includes access to government-issued babysitter discount vouchers and the option to use company-sponsored childcare facilities.

Working Hours

Standard working hours: 8 hours per day, with core hours from 10:00 to 15:00.
