Fakitin sake mai kyalli wanda ya ƙunshi lemo na halitta. Bugawa na UV yana sake yin yanayin fatar lemo. Mai cin kyautar babba ta Hiroshima Design Award.
HOW
Sabon sake da aka tsara
don yi kamar lemun tsami.

Mun yi aiki kan zane-zane na kwalba don "MIKADO LEMON," wani sake na lemo mai walƙiya, wanda kamfanin venture "Naorai" ya samar da shi wanda Mista Koichiro Miyake ya kaddamar da shi, wanda danginsa ke gudanar da wani tsohon gidan ajiyar sake a lardin Hiroshima. A gonar tsibirin Mikado da ke iyo a cikin Tekun Seto na Ciki, ta yin amfani da lemo na halitta da sake da aka girma ba tare da amfani da wani magani na noma ko takin sinadari ba, mun haifar da sabon gogewa lokacin yin murna da sake. Kwalbar tana da wata bandeji da ke sake fasalin yanayin ɓawon lemo da gaske ta hanyar buga UV, yana bayyana sabo na kayan. Zanen samfurin yana isar da saƙo kai tsaye, saboda alama ce da ke nufin cimma burin haɓaka sayar da sake, don haifar da sabon kasuwar sake. An yi shi ya zama sake na musamman wanda ke amfani da lemo na Hiroshima don haifar da kasancewar da ke tunawa da champagne mai daraja.






WHY
Don mayar da

Kasuwancin barasa na Japan ya ragu tun shekarun 1970 kuma yanzu ya ragu zuwa kusan 1/3 tun lokacin da ya kai kololuwa. Ko da yake sake na Japan ya sami farin jini a baya-bayan nan, tasirin gaba ɗaya karami ne, inda masana'antun sake sun rufe tsawon ɗaruruwan shekaru. Ko da yake yawan fitar da sake zuwa ƙasashen waje ya ƙaru a shekarun baya-baya, akwai lokuta da yawa inda masu yin giya suka sayi shinkafa daga sauran jihohi. Wannan idan aka kwatanta da masana'antar ruwan inabi, inda suke da dangantaka ta kud da kud da filayen gida da al'ummomi, ba ya amfani da al'adun gida da sauran fasaloli. A wannan yanayin, mun yi tambaya game da abin da ya zama dole don yada sake na gargajiya da yawancin Jafanawa ke so, tare da kyawun yankin, don haɗa masana'antar sake zuwa gaba.
