Wakana Yamamoto
Wakana grew up in the Kansai region. She has had a deep interest in people ever since childhood, where she aspires to work to "create an environment where everyone can work together with a peace of mind." After previous experience at a venture company, she decided to work at NOSIGNER, currently freelancing in HR. She analyzes ways of working that are beneficial to both managers and employees every day. Her hobbies are playing "medal games" (an amusement parlor game using tokens), watching people who have a jackpot flashing in front of them.

幼少期は関西で育ち、幼い頃から人に深い関心を持つ。「みんなが安心して働ける環境を作りたい」という想いから労務を志し、ベンチャー企業で経験を積んだ後に社労士事務所へ。現在はフリーランスとしてNOSIGNERに携わり、人事・労務の仕事を担当。経営者と従業員の双方にとって有益な働き方を日々模索している。趣味はメダルゲームで、目の前にジャックポットがちらついて焦る人の姿を見て楽しむのが好き。
