HAKKO SEIKATSU
Sake sabon ma'anar alamar Kyoto Tsukemono (Turshi na Japan) mai tarihi tare da sabon kasuwanci a tashar Kyoto.
HOW
Yi amfani da inganci
abincin da akayi fermenting
a cikin rayuwar yau da kullun.

Mun sake suna wa alamar kasuwancin Nishiri "Hakko Seikatsu" (wanda ke nufin "Salon Rayuwar Fermentation" a harshen Jafananci). Waɗannan abinci ne da aka haɗa ta amfani da ƙwayoyin cuta masu kyau na lactic acid bacteria da ake kira "labre lactic acid bacteria." Kamar yadda sunan alamar kasuwanci ya nuna, an kusantar abinci da aka haɗa da rayuwar yau da kullun, suna haɓaka samfuransu wajen sabunta kamfaninsu mai dadewa.
